Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing reasonable access to the property.
Marking underground utilities when necessary.
Removing obstacles, vehicles, pet waste, and personal items that may interfere with service.
HC Elite Services is not responsible for delays or damages caused by hidden conditions or inaccessible work areas.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel scheduled services with reasonable notice. Cancellation policies for recurring services or contracted work may be outlined in separate agreements.
